Terms of Use

These terms apply to the mobile games published by Softsbee under the WallDrop name (the "games") and to this website. By downloading or playing a game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the games.

Using the games

You may download and play the games for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, modify, resell or redistribute them, reverse-engineer them, or interfere with their servers, adverts or anti-cheat checks.

Adverts

The games are free and funded by adverts served by Google AdMob. Some adverts are optional and give an in-game reward when watched to the end. Rewards are granted only after the advert network confirms the view, so a reward may be withheld if that confirmation never arrives.

In-app purchases

Most WallDrop games sell nothing. Where a game does offer purchases, its Google Play listing says so, payments are processed by Google Play under Google's terms, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. We never see your payment details.

Virtual items and rewards

Coins, gems, lives, boosters and other in-game items are a licence to use a feature of the game. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, except where a game expressly offers a reward through a named partner, on the terms it shows at the time. We may change, rebalance or end any in-game item or reward programme. Items or rewards obtained through cheating, automation, tampering or exploiting a bug may be removed.

Availability

We work to keep the games running, but they are provided "as is", without any guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or available forever. Progress is saved on your device and our servers; uninstalling a game may delete it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Softsbee is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the games or this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Privacy

How the games handle data is described in the privacy policy; Clearslot has its own policy.

Changes

If these terms change we will update the date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
